Who is Dean Boehler? Dean Boehler was born Aug 18, 1953. He moved to Colorado in 1976. He managed the San Miguel Ranch in San Miguel County for three years. Dean is a P.O.S.T. certified
law enforcement officer and has served as a San Miguel County Deputy
Sheriff, Telluride Deputy Marshal and Norwood Chief Marshal. He has
owned and operated his own construction company for over 12 years.
He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Earth Sciences from the
California State University, Bakersfield. Dean spent two and a half years in Russia working with orphanages in the Moscow Department of Education. He serves on the Council for the Norwood Boy Scouts and is presently serving as the President of the Pioneer Village Home Owners Association. He has served on the Norwood Christian Church board for over 10 years and is presently serving as the Chairman of the Board. Dean learned fiscal responsibility from his dad, Edward Boehler, who was a CPA and Professor of Accounting at Mesa State College. Dean is a lifetime NRA member and a former hunter safety instructor. Dean and his wife, Stacy, have been married 33 years. They have two children and 11 grandchildren.
